Job Description:

As a Project/Site Engineer specializing in fa ade at ALMANAR, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing fa ade projects from conception to completion. Your technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills will ensure the successful execution of projects, contributing to the continued growth and reputation of our company

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management: Lead fa ade projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Technical Expertise: Utilize your expertise in fa ade engineering to develop innovative solutions and resolve technical challenges.
3. Site Supervision: Oversee on-site activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
4. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and excellence in performance.
5. Client Interaction: Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
6. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold the company's commitment to excellence.
7. Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and manage expenses effectively.
8. Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, drawings, and progress reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fa ade engineering and project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing fa ade projects.
Strong technical knowledge of fa ade materials, systems, and construction methods.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.
