Job Description: Promoter (Korea360)

Position Title: Promoter & Cashier
Department: Retail / Store Operations
Reports To: Store Manager / Retail Operations Manager
Location: Dubai Festival City

Job Purpose:

The Promoter is responsible for ensuring that Korea360’s retail space is visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with brand standards. The role ensures effective product placement, promotional displays, and stock rotation to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute in-store merchandising according to Korea360 brand guidelines and promotional plans.
  • Arrange products on shelves, displays, and promotional areas to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and ensure proper product rotation (FIFO).
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of display areas, shelves, and storage.
  • Support in the preparation and setup of promotional events, campaigns, and seasonal displays.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and sales staff to identify fast/slow-moving items and adjust displays accordingly.
  • Conduct regular checks on product pricing, labeling, and barcodes for accuracy.
  • Report damaged, expired, or near-expiry products to management.
  • Assist in receiving deliveries and ensuring proper stocking in display and storage areas.
  • Ensure that merchandising reflects Korean culture and Korea360’s premium brand identity.
  • Support customer inquiries about product placements when required.
  • Adhere to company policies, health and safety standards, and store operational procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Retail Management is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in retail or FMCG.
  • Strong eye for detail and visual presentation.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit to handle stocking, lifting, and arranging products.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Knowledge/interest in Korean products, culture, or brands is an advantage.
