Promotional Products Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a hard working and reliable person to join our team as a Promotional Products Coordinator! You will be joining a team of other hard working people who believe that our strength as a team is stronger than it will ever be alone. Our company is established but also very young and hungry. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the success of our promotional products department. You will be ensuring that client needs are met with precision and enthusiasm. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help foster strong client relationships, coordinate product orders, and support sales initiatives. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in customer service, sales support, and project coordination within a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their promotional product needs and preferences, providing expert guidance on product selection and customization options
• Coordinate the entire order process from initial inquiry through delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, orders, and fulfillment
• Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to track order status and resolve any issues promptly
• Support outbound calling efforts to follow up on orders, gather feedback, or promote new promotional products
• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in product offerings or service delivery

Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace along with strong computer skills for data entry and record keeping. If you are familiar with SAGE that is a HUGE plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
• Demonstrated analysis skills to interpret sales trends and customer feedback for continuous improvement

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
