Proof Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative **Proof Designer** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and refining design proofs to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand and client requirements before final production.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and prepare design proofs for client review and approval
• Review artwork, layouts, and designs for accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Collaborate with designers, production teams, and clients to implement feedback
• Ensure all proofs meet brand guidelines, specifications, and deadlines
• Identify and correct errors in typography, layout, colors, and formatting
• Maintain organized records of revisions and approvals
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding changes and updates

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, proofing, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Good understanding of typography, layout, and color theory
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in print production or digital publishing
• Familiarity with proofing workflows and approval systems
• Basic knowledge of prepress and file preparation

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
