Property Administrator

Genesis Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth transaction processing, accurate documentation, and exceptional support for our clients and team.

Key Responsibilities

Contracts & Compliance

  • Draft, review, and process tenancy contracts, MOUs, Form A/B/F, and addendums.
  • Manage Ejari registrations, DLD formalities, and Trakheesi permits with precision.
  • Keep property and client files updated, ensuring all records meet regulatory standards.

Listings & Marketing Support

  • Publish and maintain property listings across major portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle).
  • Monitor and refresh listings regularly to stay competitive and visible.
  • Assist with preparing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and client email campaigns.

Client & Team Coordination

  • Organize property viewings, meetings, and schedules for agents and clients.
  • Act as a professional link between landlords, tenants, brokers, and developers.
  • Track property availability, leads, and transaction progress, providing timely updates.

Office Administration

  • Deliver back-office support to the sales and leasing team.
  • Oversee day-to-day office needs, including supplies and basic operational tasks.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of real estate administration experience (UAE market strongly preferred).
  • Solid understanding of DLD/Ejari processes, real estate documentation, and property portals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Organized, detail-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional appearance with a positive, client-focused attitude
