Real Estate Senior Lead

The Real Estate Senior Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, leading them in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. His role is to develop and implement sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Additionally, the Real Estate Senior Lead ensures effective coordination between the team and other departments, such as finance, business development, and other departments within the group, to optimize the sales process and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to advertise properties, schedule property viewings, and screen prospective tenants, negotiate lease terms and prepare lease documents.
  • Stay up to date with the local laws and regulations related to real estate or property management and ensure that the properties comply with legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the properties listed.
  • Lead, motivate, and train his team of consultants to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through effective networking and relationship building.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all sales transactions including compliance with government bodies.
  • Collaborate with his team to develop sales materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance, and customer interactions.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Real Estate Senior Lead: 8 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • UAE driving license (Preferred)
