Property Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Advisor with over 3 years of hands-on experience in the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of local property trends, strong client relationship skills, and a proven track record in sales and leasing of residential and/or commercial properties. This role requires an individual with excellent communication abilities, market insight, and the drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on buying, selling, and leasing properties in Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings, market analysis, and valuation assessments.
• Generate and follow up on leads through various channels, including cold calling, digital platforms, referrals, and networking events.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and competitive listings.
• Negotiate and close property deals professionally and ethically.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Prepare documentation such as contracts, agreements, and offers.
• Stay informed about project launches, off-plan developments, and investment opportunities across Dubai.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a real estate agent or property advisor in Dubai.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, areas, and regulatory framework.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented approach.
• Valid UAE driving license

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
