Responsibilities:

- Have experienced in off-plan or secondary market in Dubai.
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai's diverse real estate market.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available listings to potential buyers.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts including buyers, sellers, and other agents to generate business.
- Stay informed about current market trends and property listings to provide exceptional service to clients.
- Implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.

Skills and Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant or in a similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
