Role Overview


We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Property Advisor to join our high-performing sales team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate is a strategic closer with a deep understanding of the UAE property market, capable of guiding High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) and serious investors through their real estate journey.

This is a strictly commission-based role designed for career-focused professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to leverage our extensive inventory, premium listings, and elite marketing support to maximize their earning potential.

Key Responsibilities


  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Manage the end-to-end real estate sales cycle from lead generation and property viewing to negotiation and deal closure in both the off-plan and secondary markets.

  • Client Advisory: Act as a trusted investment advisor. Provide clients with data-backed insights on ROI, capital appreciation, and market trends in prime Abu Dhabi zones (e.g., Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Al Reem Island).

  • Lead Management & Conversion: Promptly handle and convert qualified leads provided by the company’s marketing campaigns. Conduct professional property presentations and site visits.

  • Portfolio Management: Master Nationwide MEA’s extensive inventory to perfectly match clients with their ideal residential or commercial investments.

  • Networking & Business Development: Actively represent the brand at industry events, developer launches, and networking functions to continuously expand your client base.

  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, viewings, and pipeline progress within the company’s CRM system.




Requirements


Requirements & Qualifications


  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in UAE real estate sales (Abu Dhabi market experience is a significant advantage).

  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE property laws, sales procedures, developer off-plan launches, and real estate market dynamics.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional fluency in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in Arabic, Russian, French, or Chinese is highly advantageous.

  • Licensing & Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle are mandatory.

  • Personality: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and highly resilient with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
