Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo. The Property Advisor will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by identifying client requirements, matching properties to their needs, and maintaining a professional and trusting relationship. Tasks include providing expert advice, conducting market research, arranging property viewings, and negotiating competitive deals. The Property Advisor will also be responsible for ensuring all transactions comply with applicable legal frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of property consultancy, real estate sales, and rental processes
• Ability to conduct market research and offer strategic advice
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in customer service and handling client inquiries professionally
• Familiarity with the New Cairo area or similar real estate markets is a plus
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in real estate or property advisory is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
