Property Advisor - Fresher Welcome

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our real estate team as Property Advisors. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates starting their career in real estate. The role offers a fixed salary plus performance-based bonuses, along with full training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in finding suitable properties for buying, selling, or renting
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate property options
• Conduct property viewings and explain property features
• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships
• Support senior agents in closing deals
• Stay updated with market trends in Abu Dhabi real estate
• Maintain records of client interactions and property listings
• Work towards achieving individual and team targets

Requirements

• Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic knowledge of sales or customer service is an advantage
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
