We looking for aggressive and Self-motivated brokers
Strong Lease/Sales Negotiation and Communication skills
Disciplined and organized
Presentable and aggressive in reaching monthly targets
Ability to work independently and as a team, combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Networking with agents and property Owners/Landlords
Prospecting properties
Strategy to source new clients through referrals/ own marketing
Following company procedures and be a good team player
Good communication to clients on phone or face to face with kind and respectful manner
Minimum 1yr Real Estate experienceQualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Must have good telephone etiquette and good customer service skills
Self-motivated, confident, persevering
Should be a team player, persistent, resourceful and result-driven
Experience in real estate is mandatory
