Position: Property Asset Administrator

Location: Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Asset Administrator to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to manage properties efficiently and professionally, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tenant relations, payment records and maintenance
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants and property owners
• Coordinate, modify, distribute various forms, spread sheets, manuals etc.
• Monitor, maintain and update tenancy contract register and files
• Maintain a system for documents like leases, tenants, rentals cheques, etc.
• Prepare AMC reports, maintenance reports and support overall property performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experienced in UAE property management
• Excellent communication and tenant relationship skills
• Familiarity with real estate laws and best practices in the UAE is a plus
