Job Title: Property Bookkeeper

Compensation: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:

As a Property Bookkeeper at SREG, you will be responsible for:

§ Recording daily financial transactions in accounting software

§ Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable entries

§ Reconciling bank and credit card statements

§ Preparing and organizing invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation

§ Assisting with payroll entries and vendor payments

§ Maintaining accurate general ledger records

§ Producing monthly reporting

§ Communicating with internal departments to clarify financial activity

§ Supporting the operational team as needed

§ All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

§ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting - Required

§ 1–3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience - Required

§ 1+ years of experience using Yardi Voyager Software - Preferred

§ Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

§ Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines

§ You must provide your own hardware and internet service.

§ A dedicated workspace in your home is required
