Store cum accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated fresher to join our team as a Store cum Accountant. The role involves managing construction site/store inventory and assisting in basic accounting tasks. The candidate should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and ready to handle both storekeeping and accounts responsibilities. Male candidate required.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management:

• Maintain daily records of incoming and outgoing construction materials.
• Check and verify stock levels, issue materials as per requirement.
• Assist in preparing material requisitions and coordinate with suppliers.
• Keep proper documentation of delivery challans, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), and stock registers.

Accounting Assistance:

• Assist in maintaining petty cash and site-level expense records.
• Support in preparation of vouchers, bills, and invoices.
• Enter data into accounting software/Excel as required.
• Maintain proper filing of accounts-related documents.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com graduate.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to construction site work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
