Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Business Consultant to join our Islamabad office. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in Islamabad real estate. Experience in Dubai real estate will be considered a strong advantage.

This role requires a proactive professional capable of generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property transactions in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calling, networking, and digital platforms
• Conduct client meetings and provide professional property consultations
• Promote and sell Dubai off-plan and ready projects
• Promote and sell local Islamabad residential and commercial properties
• Arrange property viewings and deliver virtual presentations
• Maintain strong follow-ups and an organized client database
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated with market trends in Islamabad and Dubai

Requirements

• Business graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Islamabad real estate
• Dubai real estate experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Awareness and understanding of digital platforms
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and performance-driven
• Professional attitude with a presentable personality
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
