Cold Caller - US Real Estate Market (On-Site)

At Trifentech, we provide expert virtual assistance to US-based clients in the real estate industry. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cold Caller to join our in-house team. You will be instrumental in generating leads, setting appointments, and assisting real estate professionals by making outbound calls to potential clients. You’ll need to effectively represent Trifentech’s services, engaging prospects and qualifying leads for follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to real estate leads in the US, offering our virtual assistant services to potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team or real estate agents.
• Maintain an understanding of real estate trends and the virtual assistant services we offer.
• Follow up on previous leads and continue nurturing relationships to convert them into appointments or contracts.
• Update and maintain records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Meet weekly and monthly cold calling targets to ensure lead generation goals are met.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Stay up to date with the services offered by Trifentech to effectively communicate them to potential clients.

Requirements

• Proven cold calling or telemarketing experience, ideally in a sales-driven or real estate environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with US real estate terminology and virtual assistance practices is a plus.
• Comfortable using CRM software for lead tracking and follow-up.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a professional attitude.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Must be able to work from our Islamabad office in an in-house role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in virtual assistance or working with US clients.
• Knowledge of US real estate market trends or willingness to learn.
• Experience using tools such as CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
