Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to understand property value forecasts.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Promote properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
• Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, and deeds for property transactions.
• Coordinate and conduct property showings for prospective buyers or tenants.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients for future transactions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions for sales or rentals and manage transactions through closure.
• Provide independent advice with the utmost confidentiality to potential property investors.
• Analyze clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
• Stay current on government regulations, market conditions, and real estate trends.
• Develop strong industry networks to access new markets and opportunities.
• Evaluate and offer insights on potential property upgrades or renovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in sales or property consulting, with at least 2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster client relations.
• In depth understanding of the property market and current real estate trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid real estate consultant license or certification is highly preferred.
