Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Property Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Dubai’s real estate market, strong sales skills, and the drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Dubai off-plan properties from top developers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Conduct property presentations and provide expert advice on market trends.
• Guide clients through the buying process, ensuring smooth transactions.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in real estate sales (preferably in off-plan properties).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is an advantage).
