Job Description: Property Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition & Management: Proactively generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, and marketing initiatives. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Property Listings: Secure new property listings by conducting market appraisals and effectively demonstrating the value of our services to homeowners and developers.
• Sales & Negotiation: Guide clients through viewings, highlight property features, and expertly negotiate offers to achieve the best possible price and terms for all parties.
• Market Expertise: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, including community insights, pricing trends, and new project launches.
• Marketing & Promotion: Work with our marketing team to create compelling property advertisements and promote listings across various channels.
• Transaction Management: Liaise with lawyers, mortgage advisors, and other agencies to ensure a smooth sales process from offer to completion, adhering to RERA regulations.
• Customer Service: Provide an outstanding, professional, and supportive experience for every client, building a reputation for excellence.
