• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property
• Consultant with a minimum of one year of direct experience in off-plan properties. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, a proven track record of successful sales, and a passion for connecting clients with their dream investments. • Key Responsibilities.



• Sales & Negotiation: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing, and skillfully negotiate to achieve the best outcomes.
• Market Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of off-plan projects, market trends, developer promotions, and legal regulations.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients to ensure

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales

targets.

• In-depth knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market, including key developers and their projects.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
