Key Responsibilities :

Identify and connect with potential investors and clients seeking property consultancy services

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, clients, legal entities, and fellow agents

Promote property listings through various marketing channels to attract buyers and tenants

Conduct thorough market research to uncover lucrative investment opportunities

Stay informed on local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends

Negotiate property transactions on behalf of clients with professionalism and transparency

Advise clients on investment strategies and property purchase decisions

Foster long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Previous experience in real estate brokerage, with a focus on resale and rental properties Excellent command of English; other languages are a plus

Must be ready to join immediately

UAE Driving License (preferred)
