With strong marketing, genuine leads, and a rewarding commission plan, this brokerage empowers agents to grow faster and close deals consistently.

What We Offer :-

💰 Basic Salary : (first 2 months).

📈 Commission Structure :

• First 2 months: 30% commission.
• After 2 months: 50%–60%.
• Sales of AED 5M: 60%.
• Sales of AED 10M: 70%.

🎯 Leads : 30 genuine, qualified leads per month.

📢 Marketing Support :

• Listings on Bayut , Dubizzle & Property Finder.
• Paid campaigns on Google, Meta, SEO, and social media .
• Strong presence on Instagram , with agents actively creating property videos to boost sales and personal branding.

🎓 Training & Mentorship : Ongoing in-house support from experienced real estate professionals.

Who We’re Looking For :-

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate market experience (mandatory).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Confident in making and posting property videos on social media (especially Instagram).
• Passionate, driven, and professional in client dealings.
• Proven track record of closing deals in Dubai real estate.
