Property Consultant

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Cairo for a Real Estate Agent at The Address Investments. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for meeting with clients to determine their property needs, conducting property tours, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Additional tasks include staying up-to-date with property market trends, maintaining a strong client relationship, and working closely with the sales team to provide clients with comprehensive property presentations.

• Valid Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate and Sales
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Real Property regulations and market trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the real estate market in Egypt or the Middle East is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
