Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant at Platform Real Estate Broker, located in New Cairo. He will be responsible for managing real estate transactions, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that all administrative tasks related to property sales and rentals are completed accurately and on time. The role involves networking with clients, negotiating deals, preparing necessary documents, and keeping up-to-date with market trends to provide valuable insights to clients. The Senior Broker will also mentor and guide junior brokers, assisting them in enhancing their skills and achieving their targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Networking and Negotiation skills
• Experience in Real Estate Transactions and Client Coordination
• Excellent Organizational and Administrative skills
• Ability to keep up-to-date with Market Trends and Insights
• Leadership and Mentoring skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
• Relevant certifications or experience in real estate is a plus
• Brokerage background is a must,
• Experience at least 6 months in the field
