Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients, facilitating property sales, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand their needs, showcasing properties, negotiating sales terms, and staying updated on real estate market trends.

• Advise clients on off-plan property investments and transactions 
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships 
• Conduct market research and prepare sales contracts 
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies 
• Ensure a seamless client experience from initial inquiry to post-sale support 

Qualifications

• Consulting and Real Estate skills
• At least 1 year of corporate experience 
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales experience and skills
• Strong negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
• English language proficiency is required 
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus, but not essential
