We're known for a multi-award-winning reputation and a focus on turning prime locations into profit and converting casual leads into loyal investors. We're looking for a Property Consultant to join and lead the charge.

We're not just in real estate-we're in the business of turning opportunity into value. This role is on-site in Dubai and focused on high-end properties and client service.

What You'll Do

• Advise clients as a trusted expert, not a pushy salesperson with a quota and caffeine addiction.
• Close deals with a sense that your bonus depends on it.
• Show luxury properties with confidence, whether you're holding the keys or just presenting them.
• Negotiate effectively, staying professional and persuasive.
• Drop knowledge about the market so clients feel you should be the one buying.
• Deliver service so exceptional clients feel invited to your housewarming party.

What You Bring to the Table

• Sales skills that speak for themselves; your numbers tell the story.
• Communication that persuades even tough clients to say yes.
• Customer service that makes clients feel like royalty (or at least like they bought the right penthouse).
• Confidence to work solo with the ability to ask questions when you don't know something.
• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus).
