Job Description for Real Estate Broker:

- preferably own visa

Consult with potential clients to assess the type of property they are looking for

• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
• Research and compare properties for sale to help clients make well-informed decisions
• Negotiate prices on behalf of clients to ensure the best possible deal
• Prepare and review legal documents related to buying, selling and leasing properties
• Coordinate property viewings and showings
• Provide advice on the maintenance and tax obligations of purchasing property
• Keep up to date with local market conditions and trends
• Maintain records of properties, sales and purchases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,900.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Real Estate Broker: 2 years (Preferred)
