Your Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new opportunities in Dubai’s off-plan market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Guide clients through upcoming project investments
• Negotiate and close deals, consistently achieving targets
• Stay informed about market trends and new project launches
• Conduct property tours and site visits
• Represent Next Door at exhibitions, launches, and industry events

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in Dubai’s off-plan real estate
• Proven sales track record with measurable results
• Deep knowledge of Dubai’s property market and upcoming projects
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated
• Fluency in English and one or more additional languages such as Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Gujarati, Punjabi, or Bengali.
