Property Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Property Consultant specializing in off-plan real estate projects to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales for off-plan properties offered by leading developers in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan real estate projects from top developers in Dubai.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, online platforms, and company resources.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to showcase projects.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest real estate market trends, project launches, and competitor activities.
• Negotiate deals and close sales in alignment with company targets.
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Coordinate with the sales support and administrative teams for smooth deal closures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant/Real Estate Agent, preferably in off-plan sales in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate market and developers.
• Ability to generate own leads as well as convert company-provided leads.
• Presentable, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Fluency in English is a must (knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus).
• UAE Driving License and own car preferred.
