We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential buyers, and closing sales in a fast-paced and competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking and referrals.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property tours, provide market insights, and answer client questions.
• Negotiate terms and prepare contracts, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Stay up-to-date on current market trends, property values, and local regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other industry professionals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Requirements:
