What You’ll Do:


  • Generate and convert leads — from your own network and company-provided sources.
  • List, market, and sell properties across key Dubai areas.
  • Advise clients on property investments and market opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close deals with professionalism and integrity.
  • Leverage premium tools (CRM, Bayut, Property Finder, social media, etc.) to maximize visibility.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Experience: Background in Dubai real estate or strong sales/customer-service experience with a passion to learn.
  • Personality: Ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-driven.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation ability.
  • Mindset: Relationship builder with strong follow-up habits.
  • Bonus: UAE driving license and familiarity with Dubai communities (Al Wasl, Creek Harbour, Al Furjan, etc.).
