Responsibilities:

• Manage residential or commercial real estate sales and/or leasing transactions Conduct viewings, close deals, and maintain excellent client relationships List new properties and ensure accurate listings across platforms Provide clients with expert guidance on market trends and investment options Collaborate with the marketing and admin teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing (UAE experience preferred) Proven record of achieving targets and closing deals Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, procedures, and market trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills RERA certification (optional but preferred) Own car and valid UAE driving license is a plus
