Job Summary:

Karadan Lands Real Estate LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and developers.

You will be responsible for promoting, negotiating, and closing deals on a diverse portfolio of properties — including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell a wide range of residential and commercial properties to local and international clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging real estate trends.
• Handle client inquiries, arrange property viewings, and provide expert guidance throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
• Prepare and deliver professional property presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and agreements to close successful deals.
• Maintain accurate client and transaction records using CRM tools.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably within Dubai’s property market.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
