Responsibilities

- Conduct property viewings with clients.

- Post and manage real estate listings on property portals.

- Sell residential properties in Dubai’s secondary market.

- Create customized property selections based on client requests.

- Communicate professionally with clients via calls, meetings, and correspondence.

- Source, manage, and close sales and leasing transactions across Dubai’s prime communities.

- Handle the end-to-end client journey: qualification, viewings, negotiations, contracts, and after-sales.

Who We’re Looking For

- Ambitious and confident individuals who want to earn and grow.

- Strong negotiators who can persuade and build trust.

- Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages (Russian, Arabic, French, Chinese, etc.) are a strong plus.

- Minimum 2 year of experience in secondary market sales in Dubai.
