Responsibilities:

• Create and keep a client list of people looking to buy or sell real estate.
• Give clients professional guidance on market trends, property values, and investment possibilities.
• actively look for new clients through networking, recommendations, and other innovative strategies.
• Showcase the features and advantages of properties by holding property viewings and presentations.
• Close deals and engage in negotiation to reach or surpass sales goals.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of (1 years minimum.) in real estate sales, such as residential, , plots, etc.].
• Strong understanding of Dubai's and India's real estate landscape, market dynamics, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
