Position Overview:

We’re looking for motivated, confident, and goal-driven Property Consultants to join our growing sales team. Whether you’re an experienced agent or a local professional looking to start a real estate career, we’ll equip you with the tools, training, and support to succeed in Dubai’s competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai.

* Develop and maintain a client database through networking and referrals.

* Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals professionally.

* Stay updated on market trends, projects, and new developments.

* Maintain ongoing client communication to build trust and long-term relationships.

* Coordinate with developers and landlords for listings and offers.

* Participate in property events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

* Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Please note: This is a commission-based role only — there is no fixed salary, but earning potential is uncapped for high performers.
