About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process while maintaining a deep understanding of the Dubai property market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on current property listings, market trends, and legal regulations in the UAE.
  • Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
  • Prepare and manage property documentation, sales agreements, and contracts.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's portfolio.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (Dubai market experience preferred).
  • RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, communities, and property trends.
  • Valid UAE driving license and car preferred.

  • Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Networking Ability: Skilled at building and maintaining long-term professional relationships.
  • Digital Marketing Awareness: Familiarity with real estate CRM systems, online property portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut), and social media marketing.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess market data, pricing, and investment opportunities to advise clients effectively.
  • Professional Presentation: Confident and well-groomed appearance suitable for client-facing roles.
  • Multilingual Advantage: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, or Hindi are a plus.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
