About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to deliver exceptional client service. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and renting process while maintaining a deep understanding of the Dubai property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals on behalf of clients.
- Stay up-to-date on current property listings, market trends, and legal regulations in the UAE.
- Generate leads through networking, marketing campaigns, and referrals.
- Prepare and manage property documentation, sales agreements, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company's portfolio.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (Dubai market experience preferred).
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, communities, and property trends.
- Valid UAE driving license and car preferred.

- Multilingual Advantage: Fluency in English is essential; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, or Hindi are a plus.
