About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about property, client service, and achieving sales targets in one of the world’s most dynamic and fast-paced real estate markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source, list, and manage properties for sale and rent across Dubai.
• Guide clients through the entire property journey—from initial consultation to closing deals.
• Conduct viewings and provide expert advice on current market conditions, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
• Negotiate offers and finalize agreements in line with company policies and legal regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends, project launches, and regulatory changes in Dubai real estate.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales and/or leasing. (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• RERA certification is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
