Property Consultant

Sales Consultant Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and closing sales to meet or exceed targets. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, persuasive, and customer-focused, with a passion for achieving sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to effectively explain features and benefits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing activities or inbound inquiries.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Handle customer objections and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (B2B or B2C).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Multilingual abilities (if applicable).
