Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide property recommendations, and guide them through the buying, selling, and leasing processes. Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, maintaining market knowledge, building client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service experiences. The role requires a proactive and detail-oriented approach to support clients in making informed real estate decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong Consulting and Sales skills to identify client needs and provide tailored property solutions
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client trust
• Knowledge and experience in the Real Estate industry, including understanding market trends and property regulations
• Proficiency in negotiation and contract management is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial
• UAE work experience and a valid driving license are desirable
