Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential & Commercial Sales Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This dual-focus role is ideal for professionals with experience in both residential and commercial property transactions. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio, advising clients, and closing deals across multiple property segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information on listings
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties based on goals and budget
• Negotiate offers and finalize sales agreements with professionalism and efficiency
• Stay informed about market trends, legal regulations, and new developments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and business partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, with exposure to both residential and commercial sectors
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple client types
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
