Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Real Estate Sales Investment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on property investments, managing portfolios, and closing high-value transactions in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Abu Dhabi real estate market
  • Provide investment advice based on market trends, financial analysis, and client goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and finalize sales agreements
  • Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to promote properties effectively
  • Stay informed about market conditions, legal regulations, and investment strategies
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and post-sale support

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or investment consulting
  • Strong understanding of the UAE property market, particularly Abu Dhabi
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic are an advantage
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
