Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is looking for a results-driven and client-oriented Property Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. You’ll represent a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including off-plan and resale units.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert consultations to prospective buyers
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing strategies
• Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate and close property transactions with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
• Use CRM tools to manage client interactions and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate sales (UAE market preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
