We are looking for ambitious and driven Property Consultants to join our Primary Sales (Off-Plan) team. The role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are motivated by high earning potential, strong career growth, and working with premium real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle off-plan property sales and manage the full sales process
  • Promote new project launches and advise clients on investment opportunities
  • Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided channels
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and client meetings
  • Assist clients with EOI, SPA, DLD, and Oqood documentation
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up consistently
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Dubai real estate regulations
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales, especially off-plan
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Knowledge of Dubai property market trends and developer processes
  • Team player with a professional and client-focused approach
