Role Description

This is a full-time Property Brokerage & Consultant role based on-site in Manama. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property options, conducting market analysis, negotiating sales and rental agreements, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also includes providing outstanding customer service, showcasing properties to potential buyers or tenants, and meeting sales targets through effective communication and selling techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Consulting, Real Estate, and Sales
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Ability to build strong relationships and work in a client-focused manner
• Proficiency in local real estate market trends and regulations
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
• Previous experience in real estate is a plus
