Arbore Real Estate is seeking high-performing professionals for our Dubai office. We provide the leads, the inventory, and the brand—you provide the results.Financial Package

• Commission: 50% – 70% (Uncapped).
• Settling Support: AED 3,000 – 5,000 monthly allowance (First 3 months).
• Marketing Credit: Incentives to boost your personal branding and listings.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2+ years in UAE Real Estate (Mandatory).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, English fluency, and professional appearance.
• Mobility: UAE driving license and RERA card (Preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Convert company-provided leads into sales/leasings.
• Conduct property viewings and client presentations.
• Negotiate and close residential/commercial deals.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
