Property Consultant – Commission Based (No Salary)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year proven experience in residential or commercial property rentals and/or sales (Dubai market experience preferred)
• Strong English communication skills (both written and spoken)
• Excellent marketing skills with the ability to create compelling property listings
• Good knowledge of computer applications and MS Office
• Experience using CRM systems and major property advertising portals
• Professional appearance with strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and current trends (preferred)
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage

Languages (Advantage):
Arabic, Russian, Chinese, French, Turkish
