Property Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Property Consultant will be responsible for identifying client needs, providing tailored real estate solutions, and facilitating the sales process for residential and commercial properties. The role involves consulting with clients, communicating effectively, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets while staying informed on market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Consulting and Sales skills, with experience in real estate preferred
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of the real estate market and industry dynamics
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a team-based environment
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
