About Role

Join a high-performing Dubai real estate team where motivated agents consistently earn AED 20,000–50,000+ per month through strong commission structures, premium inventory, and real market support.

Role Responsibilities

• Close residential and commercial property transactions.

• Work with qualified buyers, investors, and property owners.

• Manage off-plan and secondary listings with developer access.

• Achieve clear monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build long-term client relationships and referral pipelines.

Who Should Apply

• Minimum 6 months Dubai real estate sales experience preferred is a an advantage.

• Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills

• Commission-driven mindset with performance focus

• RERA certification is an advantage
